Top 3 Free Apps For Baby & Toddlers 1, 2 & 3 years old - Monki Mun

If you are looking for advertisement free and free android apps for your baby and toddlers but want something more than just ABCs and 123s, check out Monki Mun apps.

I would consider their apps more oriented towards creativity and building your child's fine motor skills. Besides that, the visuals are very colourful and it is advertisement free =)

They have several apps which I had downloaded for my son. See below!

1. Monki Birthday Party

This app theme is about celebrating the main character's birthday. Your toddler gets to choose the birthday cake for the main character. Then he/she has to place (more like drag) ten candles on to the cake and everyone will sing the Birthday Song.

Once the song is completed, your child has to assist them to blow out the candles. It is a great app for your kid to learn about counting numbers (because they have to drag the candles one at a time) and also a great way to learn a new song which is the Birthday Song!

Besides that, the app also has another part where by the three characters have a party eating candies and cakes. Your child will have to match which snack belongs to which character. Both games involves fine motor skills activities. You can check out the app here at Monki Birthday Party

2. Monki Hide & Seek For Kids

This app is about Lisa and her friends playing hide at seek. Your child get to choose a location to have the hide and seek game from three choices.

Then Lisa and her friends (all seven of them I think), will be hiding behind trees, rocks, tents, caves etc and your child has to find them in any nook and crannies! It is fun game because besides tapping on the characters, you can also tap on the scenery and there will be sound effects.

It is a great way for your child to learn to listen to simple instructions because the narrator would provide hints of the characters locations.

You can check out the app here at Monki Hide & Seek For Kids

3. Monki Animal Builder

If you are looking for apps which allows your child to use their creativity skills, check out this Animal Builder app.

Your child get to pick and choose 'body parts' and accessories for these creatures. Some of these creatures are animals but most probably they would turn into creatures after your child add his/her personal touch. Mine usually end up as monsters which has several mouths and eyes.

Once the transformation of the monsters are complete, you can take a photo of the special creature and save it in the app's album for memories.

I just checked that Monki Mun has newer apps too, I will try them out and write a review soon! In the mean time, hope you had enjoyed this review and have a try with your little ones!
